Poland is a reference country when it comes to roe deer hunting. With a longlasting hunting tradition, Poland offers one of the highest roe deer concentrations, which is why many international hunters come every year.
As in other parts of the world, roe deers are stalked during the early and late hours of the day, being quite common to start hunting around 3-4 am and then again at 6 pm. During the day, hunters will relax at the lodge, go for a walk or may want to visit the beautiful surrounding areas. The hunting areas are ideal for the roe bucks, with beautiful forest thickets with crops and fresh grass in between.
Although roe deer season runs from May to September, the best time of the year is usually during the first month and the rutting season, which occurs between July 28th and August 10th just as in the rest of European countries.
